Technical Account Manager
Position Overview:

Technique Account Manager serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within responsible regions. Technique Account Managers take full responsibility for the daily operation of customer service function.

Duties:

(1) Handles initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and the general public.
(2) Handles order placement, complaints, technical support, etc.
(3) Manage and process price quotes, orders, promotion, and customer contracts.
(4) Provide technical advice and help customers in troubleshooting.
(5) Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations or/and demos.
(6) Represent the company’s technical division in tradeshows and exhibitions.
(7) This position requires approximately 10% travel.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with possible flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

(1) Minimal B.S. degree in biology, biochemistry, biological engineering, microbiology or related majors, with working knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry. Master’s degree is preferred. Deep understanding of gene synthesis and protein expression is a plus.
(2) Speak both English and Chinese fluently. Holding a driver’s license.
(3) Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team. Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
(4) Customer-focused; proactive/action-oriented; Good team player; Quick learner.

Sales Manager
Duties:

Develop new markets, visit clients, attend exhibitions.

Qualifications:

(1) Minimal B.S. degree in biology, biochemistry, biological engineering, microbiology or related majors, with working knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry. Master’s degree is preferred. Deep understanding of gene synthesis and protein expression is a plus.

Operations Research Analyst
Location: Newark Delaware-UNITED STATES
Working Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Salary: $38 per hour
Job description includes the following:
(1)Identify and solve problems in marketing and technical support related field in developing the biological products market of North America area.
(2)Collect and organize information from sales histories and customer feedback, examine the information to find out problem in developing the biological products market of North America area, and figure out methods to analyze it.
(3)Use statistical analysis methods to analyze the information and develop solutions to the problems in developing the biological products market of North America area.
(4)Write reports on the findings, and advise the parent company in China about actions to take in order to better develop the biological products market of North America area.
Requirements: minimum Bachelor degree in Bioengineering or related fields, and 1-2 years working experience as a Sales Director is desirable.
