2×Taq DNA Polymerases Mix
This product contains Taq Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized reaction buffer, when the concentration is 2×. Just add the template, primer and water to make the concentration of the Master solution 1× to react. PCR amplification product contains the base "A" in the end of the 3'.
