RNase inhibitor
Product Description
This product is a recombinant mouse RNase inhibitor, which can widely inhibit various types of RNase (RNase A, B, C). This product does not contain two cysteines that are very sensitive to oxidation in the human protein, so it has higher antioxidant activity and is more suitable for experiments with high DTT sensitivity (such as qPCR, etc.).
Product information
- 1）This product has a wide range of pH values for inhibiting RNase activity, and exhibits the maximum activity at pH 7-8.
- 2）Avoid operations such as foaming or vigorous stirring and vortexing to prevent the inactivation of this product.
- 3）This product does not inhibit RNase H activity.
- 4）For your safety and health, please wear lab coat and disposable gloves to operate.
