Advantages of Recombinant Antibody
1. High expression Expi293/CHO system, highest transfection yield could reach more than 1g/L;
2. Have variety of constant region vectors, such as hIgG1/hIgG4/mIgG2a etc, to improve antibody production efficiency;
3. Animal-free: Recombinant antibodies have the identical DNA and protein sequence, in vitro production can be implemented. This process does not require use of animals.
4. Faster: Using protein expression system, such as mammalian system, the production time of recombinant can be weeks compared to months for monoclonal antibodies.
5. Consistency and reproducibility: Production process is controlled and reliable. Meanwhile, this leads to antibodies with very little batch-to-batch variability, giving highly reproducible results.

- 1. Project can begin from gene synthesis or customer-provided plasmid but Antibody sequences are required for project evaluation in both cases.
- 2. Turnaround time does NOT include shipping details.
- 3. Pricing applicable to human IgG1, human IgG4, mouse IgG2a, and mouse/human chimeric with hIgGI/hIgG4; Kappa (ĸ)/lambda(Λ) light chains.
- 4. Additional QC such as SEC-HPLC, Endotoxin Testing,is available upon request (pricing may vary).
- 5. If ≥85% (antibody #) are expressed and delivered, the whole project will be charged in full; If <85% (antibody #) are expressed and delivered, we will charge for the delivered antibodies, and only charge a basic setup fee for gene synthesis, cloning and expression evaluation of the antibody sequences that are failed to deliver.

- 1. Recombinant antibody expression starts from gene synthesis and cloning of the "Antibody Variable region sequences" provided by clients. All molecular biology work is included in the listing price.
- 2. This price table applies to full length human IgG1 and IgG4 expression.
- 3. Purity is determined by SDS-PAGE by default. SEC-HPLC is available upon request(Price may vary). A280 will be used to measure rAb concentration.
