Synthetic sgRNA

Synthetic single-guide RNA (sgRNA) is produced through advanced chemical synthesis. This method provides a straightforward and cost-effective way to enhance CRISPR editing, offering benefits such as higher editing efficiency, lower cytotoxicity, and improved lot-to-lot stability compared to IVT sgRNA.Our synthetic sgRNAs have demonstrated effectiveness in targeted gene editing for both knockout and HDR-mediated knock-in experiments. When combined with Cas9 protein to form a ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex, these sgRNAs offer additional advantages over traditional plasmid or virus-based delivery systems, including reduced immunogenicity and minimized off-target effects.
