GUeasy Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase

This product is a hot-start Taq enzyme obtained by mixing GUeasy Plus Taq Antibody and GUeasy Taq DNA polymerase in an optimal ratio. After the enzyme is heat-activated at 95°C, the antibody falls off to release the enzyme activity. Before the amplification system is prepared for PCR amplification, non-specific amplification due to primer mispairing will not occur, the non-specific amplification and the formation of primer dimers will be minimized, and the sensitivity and specificity of amplification will be improved.
