Heat-labile Uracil-DNA Glycosylase

Compared with ordinary UDG enzymes, Heat-labile UDG enzymes avoid the possible residual activity of conventional UDG enzymes after inactivation, which may degrade dU-containing amplification products at room temperature. It can react at room temperature and is highly sensitive to temperature. The enzyme can be irreversibly inactivated by heating at 50°C for 10 minutes.
