Job description
Technique Account Manager serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within responsible regions. Technique Account Managers take full responsibility for the daily operation of customer service function.
(1) Handles initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and the general
public.
(2) Handles order placement, complaints, technical support, etc.
(3) Manage and process price quotes, orders, promotion, and customer
contracts.
(4) Provide technical advice and help customers in troubleshooting.
(5) Organize and provide training for internal sales and external
distributors by delivering presentations and demos.
(6) Represent the company’s technical division in tradeshows and
exhibitions.
(7) This position requires approximately twice per week business
travel.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with possible flexible scheduling.
(1) Minimal Bachelor degree in biology, biochemistry, biological
engineering, microbiology or related majors, with previous experience of
molecular biology and biochemistry. Master degree is preferred. Deep
understanding of gene synthesis and protein expression is a plus.
(2) Speak both English and Chinese fluently. Holding a valid driver’s
license.
(3) Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
(4) Quick learner, Customer-focused and proactive.

(1)Identify and solve problems in marketing and technical support related
field in developing the biological products market of North America
area.
(2)Collect and organize information from sales histories and customer
feedback, analyze the information to target problem in developing the
biological products market of North America area.
(3)Use statistical analysis methods to analyze the information and develop
solutions to the problems in developing the biological products market of
North America area.
(4)Write reports on the findings, and advise the parent company in China
about actions to take in order to better develop the biological products
market of North America area.
minimum Bachelor degree in Bioengineering or related fields, and 1-2 years working experience as a Sales Director is desirable.

(1)Identify and provide technical support on solving production issues in
sales of the customized biological products in USA, focusing on gene
synthesis products.
(2)Serve as technical liaison between US office and manufacturing
division, product marketing as well as R&D division in China.
(3)Collect and analyze sales information and customer feedbacks regarding
product performance and provide improvement recommendations.
(4)Prepare and deliver technical presentation and training to customers.
Assist in researching and developing new products.
Bachelor degree or equiv. In Bioengineering, Biotechnology or related, solid knowledge of molecular biology protocols (such as DNA amplification and modification, gene synthesis, site-directed mutagenesis, bacteria culturing, and plasmid prep). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior management. Ability to work independently.
